“Gmoney created a couple of 6-week programs for me to work toward advanced strength skills like a handstand push up, one arm chin up, and dragon squat while improving range of motion in my shoulders, hips, and ankles. I stumbled upon Garrett’s Instagram page as a desperate attempt to find someone else who had hip impingement and conquered it. I have quite a lengthy history of operations on my right hip. Garrett carefully assessed my dysfunction and ranges of motion and provided me with a thorough mobility program, tailored to me. Over the course of four years in pain and seeing numerous therapists, I had never noticed ANY improvement in my hip impingement— not even the slightest. After just ONE session of Garrett’s — I genuinely have never felt so encouraged before in my life. After that session, I felt like it was possible to get my hip back. Though we only worked online, his ability to empathize and understand my dysfunction was more than anyone I have seen in person. Garrett’s coaching requires sincere dedication and consistency.
