Physical Therapy

In Person:

Work with Dr G-Money in person. Whether you need to return to sport due to an injury, or want to improve your strength, mobility, and movement capacity, physical therapy can meet all these needs.

However, I don’t view myself as the average Physical Therapist. I look at everyone at as an individual. Just because you have “back pain” doesn’t mean I just give you the “back pain protocol.” With a proper assessment, I look to find the root cause of an impairment.

I have been trained in manual (hands on) methods, as well as skilled therapeutic exercise prescription.

WARNING: If you come to me, you are here to work! This is not a relaxing massage session, and you will not be on my table with 3 heat packs and hooked up to a TENS machine. We’re here to make LASTING changes which takes ACTIVE measures. MOVEMENT is medicine.

Virtual Visits:

No matter where you are in the world, you can work with me online! Assessments and follow up sessions are available.

What to expect:
During this hour, we will discuss your injury history and current systems. Afterwards, I will conduct a range of motion, strength, and functional assessment. We will follow up the discussion with exercises that attempt to make some changes on the spot. After the visit, you will be emailed a program with exercises that include videos, sets/reps and frequency based on the unique impairments found in the assessment.

Please make sure to have a bit of open space available, and adjustable camera so I can see you move, and wear athletic clothes that you can move freely in. Looking forward to helping you!
