Everything that is included in the mid tier option is included here (assessment, unlimited questions, calls between phases, etc). However, this option is a bit more hands on. I will adjust the plan weekly and cover progressive overload for you. You will be sent a new plan weekly and I will ask you to film specific exercises weekly to hold you more accountable. At the end of the week, I expect you to check in with me with how the previous week went (weights used, subjective sensations, how is recovery?, etc).
